How It Works

Simple as the
Tournament Itself

Pick Your Team

Choose one team from the full tournament field. That's your team for the entire challenge. You ride with them — all the way or until they're out.

Train When They Win

Every time your team wins, you do the Survive & Advance workout for that round. Progressive programming, dumbbells and bodyweight only. No gym required.

03

Go as Far as They Go

If your team wins the championship, you complete all 6 workouts and finish strong with them. If they get knocked out, you do one final Send-Off workout and finish strong.

Every team's run ends eventually. When yours does, you get one final Send-Off workout — a proper closer to your tournament. Then you join the community sideline to cheer on whoever's still standing. No one gets left behind.
