Founding Member Rate
This program is best for women who already have some weightlifting experience. We provide gym and dumbbell options, but a basic foundation of lifting is required.
The program includes 3 structured workouts per week with an optional 4th workout. Three sessions per week are enough for significant results, and you can add the fourth to accelerate progress.
Nope! There are both gym and dumbbell-only workouts included. You’ll need at least one lighter and one heavier set of dumbbells to get the most out of the program.
We ask for a 3-month minimum commitment so you see results. One month isn't nearly enough time and we want to set you up for success.
You’ll feel stronger within 2-3 weeks. Visible changes typically appear around week 8-12.
