I'm Christen. I spent 7 seasons as a WNBA strength and conditioning coach, working in professional women's basketball at the highest level.
I trained 15+ All-Stars. 7 Olympians. 2 Hall of Famers. The athletes who make your jaw drop on the court? I spent years in the weight room with them.
